Description
After a handpicked harvest of the grapes, a gentle pressing is followed by a natural clarification of the must. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels, where the wine rests for six months.
Tasting notes:
Pale yellow color with golden hues. Floral aroma with a dusting of cinnamon notes. Well-structured on the palate, with subtle strokes of tangerine and vanilla. Segue to a fresh, elegant, and persistent aftertaste.

Single-variety Xarel·lo white wine from +80-year-old vines, with alcohol fermentation and aging in French oak barrels.
Food Pairing:
Gets along famously with blue fish, smoked foods, cured meats and cheeses, seafood rice and spicy foods.
