Alba Blanc is a wide-open soul of a Mediterranean wine. We make it from Chardonnay, Xarel·lo, and Muscat grapes that grow under Sant Pau hill’s sheltering watch.

The manual harvest begins at the end of August and finishes in the third week of September. Each variety is vinified separately and with minimum intervention. Come December and January, we blend the three varieties, mindful of creating fresh, convivial, and easy-to-drink wine suitable for any palate.
Tasting notes:
Pale yellow color with greenish reflections. Very fresh in the nose, white flower notes decorate ripe fruit’s considerable presence. Balanced, fresh, and vibrant in the mouth.

Chardonnay, Xarel·lo, and Muscat multi-varietal white wine, produced in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with minimum intervention.
Food Pairing:
Brightens up cocktails and complements starters, pasta, seafood, and fish.
