The manual harvest begins at the end of August and finishes in the third week of September. Each variety is vinified separately and with minimum intervention. Come December and January, we blend the three varieties, mindful of creating fresh, convivial, and easy-to-drink wine suitable for any palate.
Tasting notes: Pale yellow color with greenish reflections. Very fresh in the nose, white flower notes decorate ripe fruit’s considerable presence. Balanced, fresh, and vibrant in the mouth.
Varieties and production: Chardonnay, Xarel·lo, and Muscat multi-varietal white wine, produced in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with minimum intervention.
Food Pairing: Light cheeses, foie, salads, Asian cuisine, aperitifs, blue fish, pasta with sauces.
Restaurant En Rima recommendation: Grilled octopus with cream of potato and paprika oil.
