Description
It is a wine for the moment, mirroring the variety’s youthful character. It also ages well, reaching full maturity two years after bottling, allowing us to enjoy its ‘right now’ character further down the line.

Aged on lees, this is a single-variety white Chardonnay from vines planted in 1990.
Food Pairing:
White fish grilled or in the oven, pasta dishes with seafood sauces, vegetables, grilled seafood, soups, BBQ and roasted white meats, soupy rice dishes, smoked salmon.
Restaurant En Rima recommendation:
Creamy mushroom ravioli with a reduction of foie and layers of Serrano ham.
