We delicately macerate the grapes for six to eight hours, depending on the harvest. This extracts the subtle color that gives this cava an elegant and feminine character following its 24 months of aging.
Tasting notes:
Delicate pink color and fine, abundant bubbles. Forest fruits aroma. Expressive palate with blackberry and raspberry notes. Pleasant finish with a good balance between sweetness and freshness.
