We complete this cava’s long, nine-year aging process with our most prized liqueur d’expédition (dosage), a liqueur made from barrel-fermented Xarel·lo.
Glossy, golden color with elegantly fine bubbles. Crisp and elegant aroma of citrus and floral notes, with delicate pâtisserie aromas imparted from yeast. Balanced, fresh, and creamy beginning leads to toasty notes, then a kiss of aniseed followed by the soothingly long and fresh aftertaste.
