Each variety is vinified separately. In January, we rigorously taste them all and decipher the best combination and composition. After a long aging process, we are ready. We then split the Gran Reserva batch in two. To our Brut Real, we add liqueur d’expédition (dosage), bringing forth its personality.
Vivid gold with fine, delicate bubbles. Very floral with hints of apple, ripe pear, and anise. Balanced, elegant, and harmonious in the mouth. A long and refreshing finish with citrus fruit and fennel caresses.
Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada.
Perfect company for salads, vegetables, hamburgers, red meat, grilled fish, aperitifs and cocktails.
