Tasting notes:
Oleo Mastinell exudes a bright, lemon-yellow color, free from impurities.
It presents a mature profile on the nose that mixes raw and subtle almond notes. Given a few minutes to express itself, Oleo Mastinell develops notes of ripened fruits, particularly Golden Delicious apples and subtle hints of banana.
The texture is consistent and creamy in the mouth, with a fruity background sensation in which sweetness stands out. Very ripe Golden Delicious apples lead the aromatic line. At the end of the mouth, very light spicy notes appear, which betray the presence of the olive’s powerful antioxidant polyphenols.

Oleo Mastinell is a reasonably light oil, bringing versatility to cooking and friendship to most dishes as a dressing.
